My name is Rob Michaelson, and I am the owner of Optimal Insurance Group in Boca Raton, Florida. I specialize in simplifying Medicare, helping people make informed choices that best meet their individual needs when selecting a Medicare Health Plan.

Born and raised in Ohio, I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati in 1992. After graduation, I worked with several Fortune 500 companies, achieving top management positions through dedication and performance. While working full-time, I pursued an MBA from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University, graduating as a Dean’s List student.

My true passion emerged when I became a licensed Health and Life Insurance agent, where I have focused on helping people navigate their insurance options. Recently, the Florida Retirement Group recognized my commitment to the community by awarding me my own local territory, allowing me to provide educational workshops for seniors and expand my impact.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife of 28 years and our three children, along with family and friends. I stay active through workouts, pickleball, and golf, embracing every opportunity to stay engaged and energized.
