Navigating health coverage options as you approach age 65 can feel overwhelming, which is why we’re here to help you feel confident and informed. We offer easy-to-understand, comprehensive tools to guide you through the planning process.
Our educational session provides a 45-minute presentation addressing common questions such as:
- How Medicare Parts A & B work
- What costs are associated with Medicare
- When and how to enroll
- How Medicare interacts with employer coverage
- What to consider when evaluating your healthcare needs in retirement
- Common questions and misconceptions about Medicare
We also explore the types of plans available in your area and what each one includes.

Featured Presenter: Scott Lucas
Scott Lucas and his wife Shari live in Greensburg, PA, serving the Pittsburgh area at-large. Scott is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™️(CFP®️), Certified Kingdom Advisor®️ (CKA®️), as well as earning his Certified Estate Planning and Trust Specialist®️ (CES) designation. He served as the Executive Vice President with his previous firm and has been advising clients in financial affairs and helping people transition into Medicare for over 17 years.
Scott also completed graduate work in 2004 from Duquesne University to earn his MSEd with a concentration in Counseling. This education and training gives him a unique approach to advising clients that is both results driven as well as collaborative in nature. His relational touch helps clients navigate financial affairs and decisions with confidence, together asking the right questions and finding the client’s best answers.
Scott’s passions are his faith and the relationships that God brings into his circle of influence. He understands that he is a steward of these relationships and enjoys working with people in designing their financial plans and serving them by seeking to answer some of life’s most difficult questions as they relate to finances and healthcare.
