Walt began his insurance career in 1982 after graduating from Ball State University. He has been active in the financial services industry for more than 39 years. Focused on helping others, he became a sought-after speaker and taught planning techniques to thousands of financial services representatives across the country. Walt is a Chartered Life Underwriter and a Chartered Financial Consultant. After representing some of the largest insurance companies in the world for over 30 years, Walt retired. But it did not last long. His drive to assist others led him to create his own company. Walt’s mission is to help those retired or nearing retirement, to avoid the most common financial mistakes. He is married to his high school sweetheart and they have two children and six grandchildren.
